Good customer service on the phone when I called and they were real helpful on setting my electronic payment to assure that I had selected everything that I needed in my insurance coverage

thank goodness, I’ve not had to use my coverage, however, I was sold a motorhome policy for my fifth wheel Camper. I feel that this should’ve been discovered during the application process and not several days after the fact. Then I get a letter stating that my coverage will be canceled. This error is not my fault and I feel that better communication between the agent and the insurance company as needed. We’re not getting off to a good start.
