thank goodness, I’ve not had to use my coverage, however, I was sold a motorhome policy for my fifth wheel Camper. I feel that this should’ve been discovered during the application process and not several days after the fact. Then I get a letter stating that my coverage will be canceled. This error is not my fault and I feel that better communication between the agent and the insurance company as needed. We’re not getting off to a good start.

The sales associate was very easy to work with and was very quick with a quote. The insurance was reasonable and fair which made a very easy decision to switch to Progressive.

Very pleased customer ! The ladies in the office are extremely nice and I always love going in the office to pay my insurance and visit with them a minute !
