After being with another insurance provider for many years, they kept going up in price on me, and I had no accident claims nor tickets. My Progressive Agent went over all the details with me, answered all my questions. After being treated like a customer instead of a number, I knew Progressive was the way to go!

I appreciate the rep I had that walked me through each step and letting me know in the future what my other options will be for more coverage rather home or bikes etc. I can say when I didn't understand I asked if he could explain it the gentleman did very well and look forward to getting more and better coverage down the road.

Progressive you have a gem on you hands as far as professionalism and courteousness with your employee Derril Sorrows ( sorry if I spelled that wrong) one of the most patient and at ease persons I've talked to in a while. There was zero confrontation, he made the whole ordeal today very pleasant. As far as progressive itself, I feel like I was taken advantage of and my rates went up without my knowledge followed by conversations with other customer service reps that were less than satisfactory (information deliberately not documented, thank goodness for recordings) some even threatening.

Overall great service a person answers the phone after you commit to on-line contract for questions & modifications. The rates in FL in 2026 are the best pricing available. Note: Windshield replacement is considered an accident claim, which added $200 to the 6 month policy. That’s $400 per year for $1,200 service fee.
