Progressive offers alot of options to chose from the fit my budjet. Pricing is always competitive and I'm getting the best value for my money. Overall I'm very satisfied and confident that I made the right decision to switch over to Progressive for my car insurance.

Our house insurance with Progressive was significantly cheaper with higher coverages than our previous insurance company. We hit a deer about 800 miles from home. Progressive towed our vehicle to the body repair shop of our choice. They gave us a rental car until the repair was done. It was super easy dealing with them through the whole process! We are extremely satisfied with the service we received.

I didn’t like the AI technology you have talking to customer service a real person is the best but gotta be screamed by this person that is a computer that couldn’t understand **** that I was saying and I was speaking proper English with her anyway she finally got me to someone that could help me
